Calling All Volunteers:
The Donate Life Northwest staff has several upcoming office projects that require volunteer help. Please see the below opportunities and reply if you are interested. If you don’t see something that matches your interest and availability – never fear – we are always in need of some extra help. For those interested in office work please contact me and I will add you to our “Office Volunteer” list.

On-going Projects:
Scanning Project (basic computer comfort needed):
Looking for volunteers that can commit to at least two, four-hour shifts during office hours.

Data Entry/Updates (moderate computer comfort needed):
Anytime in December or January, 10-15 hours total volunteer hours needed

Organizing Materials/Sorting/Packing:
Every Wednesday, 2-3 hours in the morning or afternoon (you choose the time)

General Office Assistance (projects will vary):
Once a month, 2-3 hours in the morning or afternoon (you choose the time and day)

In-Class Presentation:

A volunteer is needed to present to one class at Westview High School. The students are looking forward to learning more about donation/transplantation and hearing your personal story. The presentation will be about an hour and a half. The volunteer will show the video, share their personal story and answer student questions about donation/transplantation. High School and College Blood Drives - Portland Area

Canteen Volunteer

Volunteers will be doing “double-duty” as a Red Cross canteen volunteer, giving us the wonderful opportunity to reach every student who comes through the door. Donor recipients are strongly encouraged to sign up! As you can see we have a long list of volunteer shifts to fill - we need your help!
